Hi Everyone,

The Daily Planet is filming a Whiteway feature here in Invermere on Thursday, Feb. 2.  We'd like to provide an opportunity for them to film people enjoying our facilities.  There are two fliming opportunities:

1. Morning:  There are reports of great ice skating on certain sections of the Whiteway on Lake Windermere, including the east side.  The plan is to film the Whiteway from the air, so if you're out between 9:30 and 11:00 you can watch for Max piloting the airplane over the Lake.  As you likely know, skiing is done for now.

2. Afternoon: Brad Kitching groomed the Lake Lillian loop on Tues. Jan. 31, so we have fantastic skiing for skate and classic, so we will be showing our alternate Whiteway, which has been in great shape for most of the winter.  Please consider going for a ski anytime after lunch.  We'll run a JackRabbits session at 4:00 p.m. and hang out around fire etc. 

Come out and enjoy yourself.  This is a unique opportunity to promote our community and the great activities we have to enjoy.
