The Toby Creek Nordic Ski Club is the community voice for nordic skiing in the Columbia Valley area.

The goal of the club is to attract new skiers and families to nordic skiing and maintain their involvement through their early teens and beyond while promoting healthy living and an active lifestyle.

As members of the Nordic club, we offer youth programs for kids ages 3 to 12 years old, adult learn to ski programs, classic and skate ski clinics. All members can also enjoy the Lake Windermere Whiteway and help support the ongoing maintenance of these trails by the club in our own back yard and on the stunning views of Lake Windermere.

The club has historical ties to the trail system at Panorama’s Greywolf Nordic Centre and maintain the Hale Hut. We encourage members to enjoy skiing at our other local ski areas including Nipika Mountain Resort, Baptiste Lake/Edgewater and Radium Resort Golf Course. Members receive discounted trail passes at Nipika Mountain Resort.

As an exciting twist to our local loppets, the club skate loppet and the Nipika classic loppet have combined to offer a back to back loppet festival weekend.

We are also part of the larger organizations, Cross Country BC and Cross Country Canada, which provide support and insurance for club activities and programs.
